Two options, both with the whole ordering system in them. No commission on your orders — not a penny per sale, ever.
The whole ordering system, start to finish.

Everything in Basic, plus the tools to bring people back.
£35a week
billed £152 a month by direct debit
Card payments are processed by Stripe, who charge their own transaction fee — that goes to them, not to us. Your domain is about £10 to £15 a year and stays in your name. There is nothing else.
Getting you live
Mostly typing, and it's the part owners dread. We do it and we don't bill you for it. For our first takeaway it was 149 menu items.
Hardware
Buy it yourself, or have us order it. Either way we make nothing on it.
around £350
Takes your orders and prints the kitchen ticket itself, on standard 80mm paper. It's the same terminal the marketplaces put on takeaway counters, so your staff have most likely used one already.
We'll tell you which model to get and where. Nothing through us.
You pay exactly what it cost us, itemised on your invoice. No markup.
Straight answers
No. Not a penny, on any order, ever. You pay the weekly fee and nothing else — everything you take is yours.
Because you think in weeks. Collecting weekly would mean fifty-two payments a year and more failed ones, so we collect monthly by direct debit. A month is 4.33 weeks — that's why £25 a week is £108 a month.
Basic is the whole ordering system — website, collection and delivery, payments, terminal, printing, your admin panel. Your customers get the emails about their own order and nothing else. Pro adds the things that bring people back: rewards and credit, free gift items, and promotional offers emailed to your own customer list.
Basic covers 3,000 emails a month — order updates only, and that's roughly 1,200 orders, so a busy shop won't get near it. Pro covers 50,000, because credit, gifts and offers all notify the customer, and emailing a whole list in one go adds up fast. There's no daily limit on either. If you ever did go over we'd tell you first — nothing gets cut off mid-service.
Yes. Your whole menu typed in, your branding, your payments, your delivery areas, the terminal printing and real test orders before launch — no charge for any of it. Our first takeaway was 149 items. The only thing you buy up front is the counter terminal, and we sell that at cost.
One counter terminal, around £350 including VAT. Buy it yourself and we'll tell you which model and where, or we order it and charge you exactly what it cost us. No markup either way.
Theirs isn't free — it's paid for out of the commission on every order, for as long as you're with them. Ours is a one-off and you own it.
The counter terminal at cost, around £350, and your domain at about £10–15 a year in your name. Stripe take roughly 1.5% plus 20p on a UK card, and that goes to them, not us. Nothing else.
Twelve months, and you can cancel at any point in it. Your domain, your branding and your customers are yours and we'll never use or sell them. The software stays ours, so the system switches off when you leave.
Yes. We're in Derry, but the menu, payments, delivery areas and website are all set up remotely, and the terminal arrives ready to plug in.
Book a free demonstration. We'll show you the customer side, the counter terminal and a ticket printing in a kitchen, then tell you which option suits your shop. Nothing to sign on the call.
